As he lay there, broken in body and soul
His buttocks bleeding, smelling quite foul!
The man's legs atrophied, grew cold and stiff
His own bed, stained from the blood, got a whiff
He truly felt like falling off the highest point of a cliff!
Alas, in favor of the young human being, the pain left
Thank the Maker; He took the pain away, sneaky theft!
All that was left is a hideous crater, one like a bad cleft
After forty years, our fellow passed away; Never again will he feel the terrible Three Days of Pain.
