Bill’s people were simply another plaything within the gem hierarchy, despite not being gems themselves, they were placed within the gem hierarchy. Right between Emeralds and Sapphires, they were important for them since they were the main entertainers for Homeworld.
Bill was a defect, he knows that, the diamonds know that but that’s what made Bill the most entertaining. Especially for Pink Diamond, the one who ‘owned’ Bill. It was more of a friendship than anything, Bill has told Pink Diamond about the blue planet called Earth that Bill saw.
“Is that really true that this planet called Earth is that pretty?!” Pink asked in excitement towards Bill.
“Yeah! One day, I hope that you would get to see it!” Bill said with the same amount of excitement.
